Dear Parker,
I just helped you with your homework and you amaze me. You can read! You are proud of yourself and love doing it....you don't have to do all your homework in one night, but you claim it to be easy and complete it swiftly. When I watch you sound the words out in your head and them say them out loud while looking at me for approval....well, I can't describe it. It makes me so happy. You are so smart. Anyway, it is bed time now.
